Bidding Requirements:
1. 1. Has at least five (5) years experience in handling an Industrial Canteen, Catering or Restaurant
2. 2. Has sufficient capitalization to run an Industrial Canteen Business and be able to sustain the
company’s
requirement
3. 3. Has the capability to operate for 24 hours, 3 shift work schedule to approximately 250 persons six to seven
days a week with a 30 day working capital
4. 4. A duly registered Business Entity (registered with DTI, DOH, SSS, PhilHealth, DOLE, Etc.)
5. 5. Latest Audited Financial Report and Bank Statements
6. 6. Proposed 60 days Rolling Menus with the corresponding prices
7. 7. Organizational set-up
8. 8. List of past and existing clients
9. 9. List of references and suppliers with contact addresses
10. 10. Ready utensils/ cooking equipment
