As far as I know Imus ang unang naging Christmas Capital ng Pilipinas, bago pa ang Las Pinas at San Fernando. Plus the idea of lantern and christmas decor competition of each barangay originated sa Imus. I think up to now ganun pa din ang Imus every Christmas season.
